By using the Service, you agree to these terms and conditions of use. Astrographics and/or eZipSky may at any time change the terms and conditions of use, without notice to you. Such changes to the terms and conditions of use will be posted on the Astrographics and/or eZipSky web sites. By using the Service after such changes are posted, you agree to accept such changes, whether or not you have reviewed them.

  • The Service is provided to you solely for entertainment purposes.
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information about yourself, as requested on the Service subscription form.
  • Astrographics and/or eZipSky and/or their affiliates and subsidiaries will use your information for administrative, marketing, and customer-service purposes only.
  • Neither Astrographics nor eZipSky nor their affiliates and subsidiaries will release your information to third-party business partners.
  • In addition to the Service subscription fee, your cell-phone carrier may impose a fee for SMS correspondence. Any and all such charges are billed by and payable to your carrier.
  • Neither Astrographics nor eZipSky nor their affiliates and subsidiaries will be liable for delays or omissions in the receipt of SMS correspondence, since delivery of such correspondence is the responsibility of your cell-phone carrier.
  • Astrographics and/or eZipSky and/or their affiliates and subsidiaries reserve the right to cancel the Service at any time. In the event of such cancelation, you are entitled to a refund of the pro-rated portion of your subscription fee.
  • Any content provided by the Service is the copyrighted property of Astrographics and/or eZipSky and/or their affiliates and subsidiaries and/or their licensors. Except as specifically permitted by these terms and conditions of use, you may not copy or print any content provided by the Service. You may print copies of email messages provided by the Service for your personal, non-commercial use.
  • You agree not to use any content provided by the Service for sale, trade, or commercial purposes. You may not modify, publish, or transmit any content provided by the Service.
  • The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. Neither Astrographics nor eZipSky nor their affiliates and subsidiaries warrant the availability, accuracy, reliability, or usefulness of any content provided by the Service.
